Yes, if you are not satisfied with the current teacher we will assign you to another with free cost

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to one month per year. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
What happens if I miss a class?
You can reschedule your missed class within the same week, subject to teacher availability.
Is there a contract or minimum period?
No contracts — our plans are billed on a monthly basis, and you can cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
